As piercing cold winds howl, seeking warmth indoors becomes essential. Windows and doors, serving as barriers against the cold, are crucial for maintaining indoor temperature. Many families are concerned about enhancing their insulation in winter to create a cozy home environment.

Thermal break

Aluminum alloy has a high thermal conductivity, so traditional aluminum alloy window frames easily form "thermal bridges," causing indoor heat to quickly escape outdoors.

Aluminum structures connect inner and outer aluminum alloy profiles with thermal breaks, effectively blocking heat conduction through aluminum alloy, greatly reducing heat transfer at the window frame, making it an ideal choice.

Imagery windows employ multi-chamber profile structures, offering strong insulation, stability, flexibility, excellent mechanical properties, and durability in all climates and weather conditions.

Optimized glass configuration

01

Insulated glazing, often used to improve window insulation, consists of two or more panes of glass separated by spacers and filled with air or inert gas.

02

Imagery Windows & Doors uses TPS/4SG, LOW-E, triple/quadruple-pane insulated glazing to reduce heat loss, raise glass temp, and minimize insulation issues with integral spacer bars.

03

Low-E glass is coated with multi-layer metal or compound films, including silver. Compared to regular glass, it has a lower heat transfer coefficient (K-value) and stronger resistance to temperature-difference-induced heat transfer. When far-infrared rays hit Low-E glass, most are reflected back, effectively retaining coolness in summer and warmth in winter.

Reinforced seal treatment

The sealing strips of windows and doors are crucial for insulation. Imagery Windows & Doors uses EPDM foam strips with excellent weather and aging resistance, lasting over 30 years, and with 3x the long-term compression resistance of rubber strips.

Meanwhile, Imagery Windows & Doors emphasizes scientific and systematic installation to ensure the quality of sealing strips, preventing gaps or cracks.

Additionally, attention is paid to sealing gaps between window frames and walls to prevent cold air infiltration in winter.
